Clayton Parks and Recreation does everything possible to schedule around conflicts brought to our attention before the schedule is made. If a conflict arises after the schedule has already been published, please submit a "Request for a Change." Below are some helpful reminders regarding rescheduling / forfeiting / and cancellations.
- You do not need to enter requests for games that are rained out or cancelled by Clayton Parks and Recreation. We will automatically reschedule those games.
- Every effort should be made to play the scheduled game if possible. Teams are allowed to borrow players from their opponents if that allows the game to take place. Contact information for all of the coaches is located on the schedule page. Please reach out to the opposing coach if you are short or anticipate needing some additional players.
- If a game is cancelled before 5:00 am on the Monday preceding the game, then it is eligible to be rescheduled. If it is not submitted before then, it will result in a forfeit for the team requesting the change.
- Since our field schedules are ever changing, please list three possible reschedule dates/times. We will do our best to find the best option for your team within the times given. If additional dates/times are needed, Patrick or David will reach out.
- Please make sure to communicate with the opposing coach before submitting a request. With over 140 teams, it will help us get games rescheduled in a timely manner rather than spending time going back and forth between both coaches.
