2025 Holy Family Instructional Basketball PreK-2nd - Winter 2025

Instructional Basketball is for kids in grades Pre-K to 2nd Grade.  

Program runs December through March and is is on Friday nights.  Kids will come and practice for a half hour and then have games/scrimages for a half hour.  This is a fun time for the kids and a great introduction to the sport in a low key environment.

2025 Holy Redeemer Basketball CYC 3rd-8th - Winter 2025

Basketball registration will close on September 30th.

2025 Our Lady of the Pillar Basketball CYC 3rd-8th - Winter 2025

Registration is for boys and girls in grades 3-8, and will close on October 1. Registration is not guaranteed after this date.  When registering, please ensure information is accurate and complete.  Practices will begin in mid November and communicated by coaches.

Uniforms from last year will be reused.  If you need to order a new uniform, the cost will be approximately $105.

Jerseys will be ordered and paid for during registration. We are using the same uniforms for last year, so you only need to order a uniform as needed.

All families are required to pay a $50 concession stand deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the season after meeting the requirement of one 2-hour session. Only one deposit per family. If a family member is a volunteer coach, you will be waived of this deposit.

2025 Our Lady-Festus Intramural Basketball K-2 - Winter 2025

Our Lady-Festus Intramural Basketball program is open to Kindergarten through 2nd Grade.  The cost is $75 per athlete, and there is a $15 discount for siblings also doing intramural. 

All families are required to pay a $50 concession stand deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the season after meeting the requirement of one 2-hour session. Only one concession stand deposit per family. If a family member is a volunteer coach, you will be waived of this deposit.

This is an instructional yet fun program. We will focus on proper shooting form, passing, dribbling, basic basketball rules, and improving of gross motor skills.

SCL instructional basketball is open to boys and girls entering 1st and 2nd grade who attend SCL Day School, attend SCL PSR, live within the SCL parish boundaries, or are registered members of the parish. 2024 St Joseph Intramural Basketball K-2nd - Winter 2024

The St. Joe Intramural/Instructional Basketball Program is open to boys and girls kindergarten thru 2nd grade. This is a 1 hour, 4-5 week in house program on Friday evenings beginning November 8. Part 1-first 15 minutes will focus on the introduction of basketball skills and rules of the game. Part 2-second 35-40 minutes will be an organized game refereed by volunteer coaches. For scheduling purposes, we will place siblings on the same team. Cost is $60. (Thanksgiving week there will be no games). 11/8, 11/15, 11/22 & 12/13

NEW THIS YEAR

We have implemented a waitlist for athletes who do not attend St. Peter Day School or PSR. This was not an easy decision to make but we continue to encounter limited gym space to hold practices. Families will be notified by October 3^rd if their athlete has been placed on a team. At this time, the St. Peter Athletic Association cannot guarantee roster spots for all athletes that register.

 Families will need to purchase new basketball uniforms.

We will conduct unbiased evaluations for 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades to determine the rosters (previously this was done in only 5th and 7th grades)

- Coaches must upload a headshot to be on the roster.  There is no fee for coaches.

Players will pay a $5 yearly CYC Membership fee when enrolling, there is no need to go under "Memberships" to pay this fee.  Coaches DO NOT pay this fee.

2025 St Joseph-Imperial Chess K-8th - Winter 2025

Chess will be held on Tues. from 5:00-6:00pm in the CCC starting Nov. 5th. Meets are held on: 12/14 @ SJS Cottleville, 1/11 @ SJS, 1/25 @ SCL, & 2/8 @ St. Ann. If you qualify for finals, it is on 2/22 @ TBA. Each meet is a separate $12 fee. The sign-up link will be sent out prior to each meet & it is up to parents to register their child & pay the $12 registration fee.  At the 1/11 meet, we need volunteers. League play is Sunday Nights from September 8th to December 8th.  December 15th will be the end of the season tournament.  Teams are guaranteed 8 league games.  All games will be played at St. Joseph Gym. 

All players must be over 21 years of age.

Villa Middle School Swimming - Winter 2025

The middle school swim program will begin the week of December 2nd. 

Practices will be on Mondays and Fridays from 5:30-6:30 pm.
