QAS 28th Annual 2026 3rd Grade Basketball Tournament - Winter 2026

This is a team registration for the Annual Queen of All Saints 3rd Grade Basketball Tournament.  Only one coach needs to register the team.  Please see the categories below to see how you should register.

  • Tournament dates: March 2 -13
  • 16 teams per division for Boys and Girls BOYS DIVISION SOLD OUT!
  • Two game guarantee (up to 5 games possible)
  • $200 entry fee (includes tournament t-shirt for all participants)
  • Trophies and Medals for Championship Division 1st-4th & Consolation champions
  • Player introductions prior to every game

Rosters do not need to be entered online.  You will be asked to submit a copy of your official CYC Roster.  Please see flyer or contact Michael Schmidt regarding roster rules in regards to dual rosters and guest players.

  • How is the tournament structured?: How is the tournament structured? We try and make up competitive brackets of sixteen teams. Teams will be seeded based on season records. First round winners will advance to the Champions Flight Bracket. First round non-winners will enter a Consolation Flight Bracket. All teams will play at least two games.   • What are the rules regarding rosters?: Each team may bring two guest players that are currently enrolled in CYC and on an active roster from the same parish that the players will be guest playing on. A guest player form will be provided and must be filled out along with a copy of the roster from which the players are currently playing for. All forms must be turned in 24 hours before first game.
  • May I register now and pay by check?: Yes, but we prefer you pay online. However, for those with parish AA’s who provide the check you should apply online and reach out to Michael Schmidt about paying with a check. All checks should be made out to Queen of All Saints Activities Association.
