Registration for Youth Indoor Soccer Session Three Opens February 14, 2025 

Games start in March

 "TEAM" registration is in-person only at the Andy Morin Sports Complex

Registration "packets" are available online. Packets must be completed in FULL and include required signatures.

 

  • Complete Roster - Must have at time of Registration
  • Full Payment - Must have at time of Registration
  • Coach Waiver and Risk Management Form - Must have at time of Registration for each coach
  • Player Liability Forms – Must have at time of Registration for each player
    • Note: Player Liability Forms MUST be completed and turned in by the specified date or the team’s priority status will be dropped!
