Youth Basketball - Winter 2025
Youth Basketball is a Holyoke Recreation program that will focus on the fundamentals of basketball. Along with the fundamentals, athletes will learn the game, the rules and work on skills that all will help them become better basketball players.
This program is designed to be incorporated in all other youth basketball programs and leagues. Each team will meet at least twice a week for practice, while also hosting inner squad scrimmages weekly after the first 2 weeks of practice. 1/2nd grade will be run more as a camp with built in games and activities.
Program Duration: November 1- December 31
Schedules will be posted when finalized. This year, gym space is extremely limited. In order to accommodate all basketball programs (high school, junior high, and youth), last minute changes to the schedule may occur. We will communicate the best we can!

FEE: $30
Team Jersey will be handed out. Jersey will be returned at the completion of the season. a $25 Fee will be charged for jerseys not turned in.
