Yakima Warriors Spring 2026 Tryouts Are Here!

The 3x Reigning Northwest Football Alliance Champions are back and ready to defend their crown!

The Yakima Warriors will have 4 divisions:

13U (8th Grade), 12U (7th Grade), 11U (6th Grade), 10U (5th Grade).

Tryouts will be held at Sozo Sports Complex and tryout dates will be:

• Febuary 7th 12-2pm
• Febuary 21st 12-2pm
• Febuary 28th 12-2pm *If needed

*Tryout fee is a one-time payment and is good for all 3 tryout dates. Players need not re-pay to attend a 2nd tryout date, just show up and check in

The Yakima Warriors Association strives to benefit local youth with an educational and competitive football outlet. We aim to advance youth talent on & off the field by teaching healthy competition & building leaders in our community. 

Tryout registration will not require upload of birth certificate. If the system configuration asks for a birth certificate, please upload a photo of a blank piece of paper.

BrAvery Warrior Grant - Spring 2026

Introducing the BrAvery Warrior Grant

In memory of an extraordinary athlete who demonstrated courage and resilience in the face of a hard-fought battle with cancer, the BrAvery Grant was created to honor his spirit and extend support to families in need. 

The grant offers up to $2,500 to help families navigate the challenges of: Medical expenses, Child illnesses, Financial hardship

We understand the burdens that come with unexpected health challenges and want to provide a helping hand to families during difficult times. 

Apply Today - If you or someone you know could benefit from the BrAvery Grant, complete the registration here. Applications will be accepted from now through March 7th. Our board of directors will review all applications starting March 8th. We will select one deserving recipient to receive the grant funds on March 14th, 2024. Funds will be delivered on March 15th, the anniversary of Avery's passing. 

Together, we can make a difference and carry on the legacy of bravery and compassion.
