The vision of the Jr Falcons Football and Cheer organization is to provide the opportunity for all K-8th grade athletes to enjoy and participate in the active competition of the game of football and cheer. The Jr Falcons organization is aimed at teaching values and life lessons that are essential to get through life successfully as a contributing member of society. These values include, but are not limited to discipline, hard work, respect, sacrifice, teamwork, dealing with success and failure (compete), setting and striving for goals, value of practice and preparation, and overcoming adversity (life isn't fair).
