Jr. Leopards Youth Football
ABOUT US
Building Strong Athletes. Growing a Stronger Community.
The Jr. Leopards program proudly serves boys and girls from Kindergarten through 8th grade, providing a positive, competitive, and community-driven environment where young athletes can learn, grow, and thrive.
Our roots run deep in the community. What many families once knew as Grid Kids has grown and evolved into today’s Jr. Leopards, carrying forward decades of tradition while embracing a renewed focus on development, inclusion, and opportunity for every child. Though our name has changed, our commitment to youth athletics remains the same.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to develop young athletes through sports by teaching teamwork, discipline, confidence, accountability, and sportsmanship both on and off the field.
We believe youth sports should be accessible to all families, regardless of financial circumstances. Thanks to the generosity of our community and the dedication of our volunteers, we continue to thrive to keep participation affordable while providing a high-quality experience for every athlete.
A VOLUNTEER-DRIVEN PROGRAM
The Jr. Leopards program is 100% volunteer-run.
Our coaches, board members, and support staff dedicate countless hours to ensure our athletes have a safe, structured, and positive environment to compete and grow. Their passion and commitment are the backbone of our success.
Community support makes everything we do possible. Through donations, sponsorships, and local partnerships, our program continues to grow year after year reaching more athletes and strengthening our impact across the community.
PROGRAM GROWTH & SUCCESS
Our growth is a reflection of the trust families place in our program and the hard work of our athletes and coaches.
2025 SEASON HIGHLIGHTS:
> Every Jr. Leopards team advanced to the postseason
> 2 teams brought home championship titles
> 2 grade levels earned division championships with undefeated records
> 2 teams finished as runners-up in the championship game
These accomplishments represent more than wins. They reflect perseverance, teamwork, and the culture we strive to build within our program.
MORE THAN A GAME
At Jr. Leopards, success is measured not only by championships, but by the confidence built, lessons learned, and friendships formed along the way. We are proud to provide a program where young athletes are supported, challenged, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Whether you’re a player, parent, coach, volunteer, or supporter, you are part of the Jr. Leopards family.
