Join the action this season with Lynchburg Parks & Recreation’s NFL Youth Flag Football League — the perfect way for kids to experience the excitement of football in a safe, non-contact, and recreational environment! Featuring uniforms by your favorite NFL teams!

Players will learn the fundamentals of football — including passing, catching, running plays, and defense — while building confidence, sportsmanship, and new friendships along the way.

First time participants must register in person at the Miller Center - 301 Grove St Lynchburg, VA

Practices tentatively scheduled to start the first week of March.
Practice Locations will vary per individual team.
Season: Games on played on Sundays; 7 week regular season: March 22 - May 10th; Playoffs on May 17th
Gameday Location: Linkhorne Middle School
Included: 1 NFL Flag jersey, 1 flag belt, 1 mouthpiece
