In the event of inclement weather, the decision to play / practice will be made no later than 5pm on the day of this weather. If inclement weather occurs after practices / activities begin during the evening, our site monitors can cancel that night's activities at the site.
Saturday events will be decided no later than 8am. This will be after evaluating forecasts, road / sidewalk conditions. If we know we will cancel on that Friday, we will post this information Friday evening.
