Team Fees: $325 Program Fee $19.50 State Tax, $3.25 LOT Tax Total Fee $347.75 (until July 31)
$350 Program Fee $21.00 State Tax, $3.50 LOT Tax Total Fee $374.50 (August 1-31)
$400 Program Fee $24.00 State Tax, $4.00 LOT Tax Total Fee $428.00 (September 1-4)
Fee includes Friday dinner for players +1
