Full court basketball for adults at least 18 years of age and out of high school. Games are played on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays

The first two games of the season will serve as placement games. These games will determine which division your team will be placed in. NOR reserves the right to move teams up or down within different divisions based off level of play. This means requested nights of play are not guaranteed. Teams must be available Monday through Thursday for 6:30, 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. game times.

The Slow Pitch Softball leagues are for men and coed teams. Leagues are offered Tuesday, Thursday and Sundays.

All Adult Sports Programs are for participants 18+ years of age and out of high school. Teams must be available to play at any time on the day they registered for. If a team is made up of players who play on more than one team, the team should not register to play on the same day. Rosters must be submitted before the first game, but players may be added throughout the season. It is the responsibility of the team manager to review the rulebook prior to the first game.
