How can I become a coach? You can register online by clicking the volunteer tab when you register your player.

Can my player play down an age group? Unfortunately the age cuts are not flexible. Players must play in their assigned age division.

Can coaches be on the field during play? One coach is allowed in the backfield in the 5-6, 7-8, 5-7G and 8-10G age groups. In all other divisions the coaches must remain on the sideline.

When will the schedule be published? The first four weeks of each season will be published approximately two weeks before opening day. The remainder of the schedule will be reseeded to set up competitive contests, and published after week four of the season.

How are the playoff schedules determined? All sub .500 teams play in our Play-In bracket. This bracket has hand picked match ups in an attempt to facilitate at least one competitive game in the post season. All teams with a .500 or better record will be seeded in a traditional single elimination bracket. One team per age group will be our Age Division Champion.

When will the playoff schedules be published? Within 48 hours of the last regular season game.

What equipment do we need? Your player will need a mouth guard, athletic clothing and athletic shoes (non metal cleats recommended). The league provides NFL Flag jerseys and flag belt.

How can my company sponsor the league? Email michael@ptathletics.com for more information.

SPRINGCopper Ridge Middle School, 10115 E Bell Road (Saturdays), Notre Dame Prep, 9701 E Bell Road (Sundays)

How many games per week? In most cases there is one game per week.

How often, where, and when do teams practice? Coaches determine the practice day, time, location and frequency. Most teams practice once per week for about 1.5 hours in the early evening after school. We build rosters around school attended and zip code. Most coaches try to practice near their neighborhood.

What do the division designations mean?

Red - Highly experienced teams, usually play multiple seasons. NO roster additions by the league.

White - Less experienced teams. In some instances league added free agents will be placed on the roster.

Blue - Newly formed teams. New or Newer coaches. Primarily free agents. All teams in this division will carry a similar sized roster.

Parity within divisions is strived for, but in the event of a misplaced team division changes will be made when we reseed midseason to ensure good contests in the tail end of the season whenever possible

How are the teams created? Our Red and White divisions are made up of teams assembled by the coach. We try to build the Blue division teams with kids from the same schools or neighborhoods to make practice times and locations convenient. Friend requests are always taken into consideration. We do our best to keep buddies together.
