All City of Southlake coaches are volunteers.

How do I become a coach?

1) Indicate your willingness to coach on your child's registration!

2) Consent to Background Check Online Form

All coaches must submit and clear a City of Southlake background check.

Background checks are good for all City of Southlake sports and volunteer opportunities for one calendar year.

**This is the only background check format accepted**

3) Submit a recent photo of yourself to jweeks@cityofsouthlake.com.

Always be sure to have your badge visible during games and practices!

ALL COACHES (head and assistant) must be background checked and have a coaches badge.
