All City of Southlake coaches are volunteers.

How do I become a coach?

1) Indicate your willingness to coach on your child's registration!

2) Consent to Background Check Online Form - click for link

All coaches must submit and clear a City of Southlake background check.

Background checks are good for all City of Southlake sports and volunteer opportunities for one calendar year.

**This is the only background check format accepted**

3) Submit a recent photo of yourself for your coaches badge

Your badge is your ticket to the sidelines.

Always be sure to have your badge visible during games and practices!

ALL COACHES (head and assistant) must be background checked and have a coaches badge.
