2026 WYA - Regular Season - Fall 2026
Welcome to 2026 Weatherford Youth Association Registration!
You’re officially on your way to another exciting season with WYA! This registration will walk you step-by-step through everything needed to get your child(ren) signed up for the 2026 Football & Cheer season.
Before you dive in, please read the instructions carefully. All information entered must be accurate and complete, as it will be used for your child’s certification and eligibility with the Metroplex Youth Football Association for the 2026 season. Incorrect information could delay registration—or worse—make your child ineligible to participate. We definitely don’t want that!
What you’ll need to complete registration:
Have these items ready before you start to make things quick and easy:
A current headshot photo of your child
• Shoulders-up only
• Clear image of the participant only (no siblings, friends, pets, or action shots!)
A copy of your child’s birth certificate
Proof of current school enrollment
• Examples: most recent report card, Skyward profile, etc.
• Must include the student’s name, date of birth, school name, grade, and address
Payment method
• Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Debit
