You can email support at jbalderrama@wellspringfl.com.

When can I see my team on the Team Sideline App?

Once all teams are published, an email will be sent out notifying coaches and parents. During this time, teams will also populate on the App.

What does my child need to wear for practices and games?

South Shore Youth Sports will provide a jersey for games.

For Basketball, you will need to provide athletic shoes, black socks, black shorts, and water.

For soccer, you will need to provide cleats, ball, black shorts, long black socks, water, and shin guards.

If you are unsure of what cleats to buy, please email us at jbalderrama@wellspringfl.com

How long is the season?

South Shore Youth Sports is unlike any other sports program in our area because we offer two (2) TWELVE (12) week seasons in the year; a Fall season and a Spring season. We did it this way specifically to work around the major holiday's and school times. The Fall season starts three (3) weeks after school starts and ends before Thanksgiving. Our Spring season starts in February and ends before all the end of school year activities. We believe this is beneficial to families to be able to spend more time together and not have to worry about sports during some of the busiest times of the year.

Another unique feature is how the season starts. The first week is a skills survey, it is NOT a tryout (every child gets on a team and every child plays), it is just to evenly balance out the teams, followed by three (3) weeks of just practices, this allows the coaches to build up skills and help grow your child's Christian character development even further. On the third (3rd) week of practice, is the first game and from that point there are nine (9) consecutive games.

What Type of Scholarships Are Available?

We provide individual scholarships to families in need for youth athletes. For each of these types of scholarships, we provide full and partial scholarships, depending on qualification.

When should I apply for a Scholarship?
Please apply as early as possible. Allow for 2-3 business days before the Sports Director reaches out to you to confirm the scholarship and assists in the registration process.
