Karate

Karate classes are taught by Sensei Dan Duran who has over 30 years of training and currently holds the rank of Godan (5th degree black belt) under Hanshi Ricardo Llewelyn of Shotokan Karate Academy, Benicia.

Kids Karate

Ages 6-9

Classes start on the 1st of every month

Mondays & Wednesdays

5:45-6:30pm

$60 (monthly)

Youth Karate

Ages 10-17

Classes start on the 1st of every month

Mondays & Wednesdays

6:30-7:30pm

$65 (monthly)

Teen/Adult Karate

Ages 13 & up

Bi-monthly

Mondays & Wednesdays

7:30-8:30pm

$130 (Bi Monthly)

Yoga

Instructor: Annette Wing certified yoga instructor, and hands-on assist certified. Description: This class is suitable for all levels, using easy Vinyasa moves for a gentle yoga experience. Open for everyone 18 years and older.
