Season Dates: Mid March to Mid May

Registration Dates: November 2024- Dec 31, 2024   

(Late Fee of $10 applies January 1 to January 8, 2025)

Open to players ages 3-14 

(Divisions are based on child’s age as of April 30, 2025)

REQUIREMENTS: Players MUST reside within the Escalon School District boundaries, Valley Home Joint School District boundaries, or attend school within those boundaries. 

 All new players MUST provide a birth certificate. You may upload a copy of the birth certificate by uploading it to your player profile or bring a legible copy by city hall. 

Participants WILL NOT be placed on a team until verified.

Baseball/Softball Sponsorship Options 

 3’x5’ Field Banner Sponsor - $350 

 Your business banner (3’x5’ vinyl, with hems and grommets) will be prominently displayed at Hogan/Ennis Community Park during the baseball/softball season (mid-March to early December). Afterward, it will be relocated to the outside fence facing Escalon Bellota Rd. for the remainder of the year. 

New Sponsors: You are responsible for supplying your own banner. Any vendor may be used, but the design must be approved by the City of Escalon Recreation Department before production. 

Returning Sponsors: If you’ve previously sponsored, we will reuse your banner from prior years. 

Team Sponsor Only - $200 

 As a Team Sponsor, your business name will be displayed on the jerseys of the sponsored team. You also have the option to "freeze" a player to a specific team. You’ll receive a team plaque as a thank-you gift. You can sponsor a specific team, coach, or player, provided they do not already have a sponsor. 

Combined Sponsorship - $500 

 Get both the 3’x5’ Field Banner Sponsor and the Team Sponsor for a discounted rate. This includes: A banner displayed at Hogan/Ennis Community Park and on Escalon Bellota Rd. Your business name featured on team jerseys. A team plaque and the option to freeze a player to a specific team.
