Due: March 31, 2025 by 5:00 PM 

• $137 Refundable Application Fee
• Proof of Non-Profit Status
• Lottery for the 3 available spots will be held at the Escalon Council Chambers on April 2, 2025 at 10:00 (attendance not required) 
• Once selected additional requirements will be required. See application for more details
