Lincoln Parks and Recreation:  Jr. NBA Youth Basketball League - Winter 2025   

Welcome to the Official Jr. NBA Youth Basketball Program!

We are proud to be the official youth basketball program of the National Basketball Association. Our program emphasizes instruction and development for young players learning the game of basketball.

Registration Information

Regular Registration (September 1 - October 13):

  • $98 for the first child
  • $93 for each additional child in the same household

Late Registration (October 14-20, 2025 , or until leagues are full):

  • $108 for the first child
  • $103 for each additional child in the same household

Grade Divisions (Based on 2025-2026 School Year)

  • K-1st Grades – Saturday Mornings - Boys Division & Girls Division
  • 2nd-3rd Grades – Friday Evenings - Boys Division & Girls Division
  • 4th-5th Grades – Friday Evenings - Coed

Season Information

Start Date: Friday December 5 & Saturday December 6, 2025
Season Length: 8 games
Game Rescheduling: Any canceled games (due to weather, etc.) will be rescheduled at the end of the season.

Breaks:

  • No games will be played during the Holiday break while school is out.

    Game Days

    Games will be held on Fridays and Saturdays

    Practice Information

  • One (1) hour long time blocks are provided Monday thru Friday starting November 17, 2025. Practices will be held at a Lincoln Public School. One time block per team per week. Any additional practice time is at the discretion of the coach.

    Equipment & Giveaways

    Coaches will receive all necessary equipment prior to the start of the season.
    Each participant will receive an official NBA reversible jersey to keep.

  • Air Park, Belmont, and Calvert Recreation Centers

Coaches Information

Volunteer coaches are the backbone of our youth sports programs. We provide coaching manuals and resources and all adult volunteers are required to undergo a thorough background check.

Coaches' Meeting:
Approximately 3 weeks prior to the start of the season.
