Lincoln Parks and Recreation: Summer Softball 2025

All teams are responsible to pay $13 cash per team to the umpire before the start of the game. Failure to pay will result in a forfeit.

Q&A Pay on the Field

Registration: February 10th - March 30th 

Program Length: 14 weeks

Start Date: Sunday, Apr 13th and every day that week

End Date: End of July (approximate date- weather dependent)

Classes:

  • Men's: Competitive, Recreational, Open, and Church
  • Women's: Open
  • Coed: Recreational
  • Men's Power League: Highly Competitive Double Header League

Day(s) Played: Sunday thru Friday. No Saturday Leagues.

  • Men's Competitive: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Men's Recreational: Sunday - Thursday
  • Men's Power: Tuesday
  • Women's Open: Wednesday
  • Coed Recreational: Tuesday, Friday, Sunday

Games:

  • Monday - Friday Leagues: 8 game season with double elimination tournament
  • Sunday Leagues: 6 game season with double elimination tournament

Breaks:

  • Mother's Day - Sunday, May 11th
  • Memorial Day - Friday, May 23rd thru Monday, May 26th
  • Father's Day - Sunday, June 15th
  • Independence Day - Thursday, July 3rd thru Sunday, July 6th

Locations:

  • Mahoney Ball Fields
  • Holmes Park
  • Ballard Park

Requirements: Adults 18 years and older AND graduated high school. All bats MUST be certified thru the Team Sports Office starting in mid-February prior to them being used in league play.
