Lincoln Parks and Recreation: Youth NFL FLAG Football Spring 2024
We are the official 5-on-5 flag football program of the National Football League.
Our program emphasizes INSTRUCTION and DEVELOPMENT of young players learning the game.

Regular Registration: January 2 - February 5, 2024
Late Registration: February 6-12, 2024 (or until leagues are full)
Mail or In Person: Download the form and bring to our office – 3131 "O" Street Suite 300 Lincoln, Nebraska 68510. All mailed in registrations must be postmarked prior to the last day of registration.
Grade Divisions (grades as of '23-'24 school year):
K-1st Grades
2nd-3rd Grades
4th-5th Grades
6-8th Grades
Fees:
Regular Registration Window: $90 first child / $85 each additional child in the same home Late Registration Window: $ 100 first child / $95 each additional child in the same home

Season:
6 game season beginning March 18
All cancelled games (due to weather, etc.) will be attempted to be made up at the end of the season
Days Played:
Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays -- 6:15, 7:10, 8:05 game times
Practices:
Practice times are at the discretion of the coaching staff and can start the day after the coaches meeting. Coaches will receive balls and flags for practice at the coaches meeting. Any practices prior to the coaches meeting are not sanctioned by Parks and Recreation.

Giveaways:
Each participant will receive an OFFICIAL NFL reversible jersey and flags to keep.

Coaches:
Volunteer coaches are the backbone of our youth sports programs. Coaching suggestions and manuals are available from the NFL through our program. Adult volunteers are subjected to thorough background screening. Coaches meeting will be held approximately 3 weeks prior to the season.
