Trent Richardson Football Camp - Spring 2026

BMRD along with the GCSC will be hosting a youth football camp with Alabama Alumni Trent Richardson. Ages are 8-18. This includes a signed sublimated jersey of Trent Richardson. Price will be $100. This camp will take place March 29 at the Bay Minette Soccer Fields from 8-12 PM.

Adult Wood Bat Baseball - Summer 2026

Player cost is $80 per player. Games will be on Sunday Evenings 

Adult Soccer - Spring I 2026

Adult Coed Soccer. Max of 10 players per team. Games are on Sundays.

Mini All Stars - Spring 2026

MINI ALL STARS IS HERE!

Looking for a fun way to bond with your little one while introducing them to sports? Join us for Mini All Stars — a parent & child sports experience designed just for 2–3 year olds!

Tuesdays
 Starts March 3rd
10AM – 11AM
 6 Week Program

Each week your child will explore a new sport in a fun, positive, and encouraging environment — with YOU right by their side!

A parent or guardian must stay with their child for the entire duration of each session.

Youth Sports Board - Annual 2026

Purpose

The Youth Sports Board exists to support and oversee all youth sports programs under the Bay Minette Recreation Department. The board works to ensure programs are safe, organized, financially responsible, and beneficial to youth and families.

Board Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and guidance for all youth sports programs.
• Support program growth, fundraising, and community involvement.
• Serve in an advisory role and avoid involvement in daily operations unless directed.

  Membership Requirements

• Members must be 18 years or older.
• Members must always act in the best interest of youth sports.
• Members must follow all Bay Minette Recreation Department policies.

  Meeting & Attendance

• The Board meets quarterly (4 times per year) or as needed.
• Each member must attend at least 2 of the 4 quarterly meetings.
• Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in removal from the Board.

  Fundraising Requirement

• One Fundraiser must
• Ideas must be original or meaningfully expanded from past suggestions
• Approved ideas may be assigned to member or subcommittees for execution.

  Subcommittee Oversight

• Board members will oversee and serve on subcommittees as assigned.
• Subcommittees may be created for specific sports, fundraising efforts, or special projects.
• Subcommittees must report updates at Board meetings.  

Youth Softball - Spring 2026

*AGES 6U-18U- $90.00 

Wee-ball Games will be played on Mondays. All other Ages will play games on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Also, games will be played around the county for ages 6U and up.

Playing on Sunday Evenings, games start @ 3.

If you have 3 or more people with extensive high school, college, or other competitive experience we recommend that you sign up for the competitive division. We have the right to move any team we see fit to the competitive division.
