BYB’s annual Ice Cream Social is on Sunday, June 1, 2025 at the Belvidere Youth Baseball Complex. This is the organization’s major fundraiser. All-Star games will be played, and food will be served all day.
Admission:
Paid admission is required for everyone to enter the Complex that day.
Paid admission gets you:
Access to watch the all-star games, contests along with delicious pie and ice cream!
Players must purchase ticket to enjoy pie and ice cream as well.
Price of Admission:
Pre-Event: $2.00 ea.
Day of Event: Adults-$5.00 Children 16 and Under - $3.00
How to purchase pre-event tickets?
At concession buildings or online.
Tickets purchased online will be at front gate on day of event.
Online sales will close 24 hours before event.
Baseball will start the day and ALL baseball games will be 90 minutes drop dead time.

How does a player get selected for an all-star game?
Players are selected via a voting process by coaches in their respective leagues. Rosters will be posted online prior to the ICS. All second-year baseball players will be placed in one of the games (either 1st team or 2nd team all-star games).
What does this event fundraise for?
This event raises money for the organization to help with capital projects, facility improvements, organizational improvements, and much more. Examples of the updates and upgrades are:
- New Restroom Facilities
- Renovation of Infield on John Ross Field
- New Scheduling Software (TeamSideline)
- Renovations to Concession Buildings (interior and exterior)
- Updating maintenance equipment
- Upgrades to technology/website
