The goal of our organization is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship and simply have FUN. We facilitate the development of strength and character in every child that participates. Participation in our organization is open to all boys and girls in the Belvidere and surrounding areas regardless of race, creed or national origin.
Founded in 1958, Belvidere Youth Baseball has evolved to one of the area's largest youth sports organizations for young athletes in Boone County. The Belvidere Youth Baseball Complex is located on Fairgrounds Road (Route 76) in Belvidere, just north of the Boone County Fairgrounds. The organization includes in-house teams from ages 4 to 14 as well as tournament teams at many levels in both baseball and softball.
We are sustained by the efforts of volunteers, coaches and parents who display an extraordinary amount of commitment and hard work, ensuring that our organization is a positive influence in the lives of our children. We also strive to provide a service to our community by providing a healthy outlet for children and opportunities for the community to unite. Our organization is registered as a non-profit organization. Accordingly, your donation is tax deductible. We appreciate the generous support of the community, local merchants, and civic organizations.
