The Semones YMCA Sports Directors will make all final decisions regarding game delays & cancelations. Game cancelation alerts will be sent out no later than 6 AM for Saturday games, 4 PM for weeknight games, and 11 AM for Sunday games via Team Sideline emails.
Weather canceled games will be rescheduled at a date and time solely determined by the Sports Director.
Games that are halfway or more completed at the time of cancelation (e.g., nearby lightning causing a delay) will be counted as final and will not be rescheduled.
In the case of extreme heat index, staff are instructed to give extra water breaks during games and/or shorten the length of games to limit exposure.
