Modified Hours of Operation


The tennis courts are open on a first come first serve basis! The clubhouse is closed to the public. 

  • No more than four people per court. 
  • Bring your own water and hand sanitizer.   

All City of Denton tennis programs and tournaments have priority to the courts over open play.   

HOURS OF OPERATION (COURTS) 

Court Reservations The Goldfield Tennis Center is currently not taking any reservations. They are on a first come first serve basis. Please restrict play to 1 hour.  

  • Monday-Sunday 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Court lights will turn on at dusk until 9 p.m. Courts 8 & 9 will turn on at dusk until 10 p.m. 

 Tennis Classes 

  • Monday-Friday 5 to 8 p.m. 
  • Saturday- 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.   

*Tennis Tournaments will be all day events. Please call to check availability*   

Inclement Weather: 

  • The tennis center may close during rainy weather or if the wind chill or normal temperature is below 38 degrees. If inclement weather occurs, call (940) 349-8526 for class and league cancellations and closing information.
