Rental timeframe:

3pm on your reservation day to 11am the following day.

Coming and Going:

You're welcome to come and go as needed during your rental period. However, if you have items set up, please ensure an adult is present to prevent items from being blown away, taken, or vandalized.

Weather Concern:

In the event of rain or inclement weather please contact the Parks and Rec office for further guidance.

Early Drop-Off:

We kindly as that you do not leave any items at the site before your rental. You're welcome to drive by ahead of time to check out the area.

Restroom Access:

There are no restrooms at the Girl Scouts Shelter but restrooms are available nearby in the shelter/campground area.

What if I need to cancel my rental?

Per our policy cancellations for our scout area must be made 5 days prior to the rental for a full refund.

What if I need to reschedule my rental?

Reschedules must be made 5 days prior to your rental.

Electricity/Water Access:

There is no electricity or water at the shelter but you can use an open campsite to fill up any water jugs.
