Haunted Campground Vendor Registration - Fall 2024

GT Tow Presents, Smithville's Haunted Campground! No registration is required to attend the event - this registration is for businesses and organizations to reserve a spot to set up a booth. This event is free to the community. We are accepting vendor registrations for those interested in decorating a table/booth and pass out candy to trick-or-treaters. Spots are limited. Vendors will be contacted with more details closer to the event! No selling is allowed at this event. We are not accepting food vendors at this time.

When: October 26, 3:30-6:30pm Vendors will have early set up. Must be set up before park roads are CLOSED at NOON - roads will be blocked! NO VENDOR CAN LEAVE BEFORE 6:30PM due to safety of families walking around at the event. 

Where: Smith's Fork Campground 1601 DD Hwy Smithville, MO 64089 - vendor set up will be sent closer to event. Vendors will set up on the main road leading up to the campground. (See arrow on photo)

Fee: $25/vendor. All vendor funds will be donated to Larson's Cause supporting Smithville children in need.

Booth Space: Vendor spaces are 12x12. If you need a larger space, please purchase a second space if needed. If you only register once, you will receive one 12x12 space.

  • Can I sell items at the vendor booth?: No-we prefer to keep this a free event. You are welcome to hand out candy with your business cards/flyers/logo/advertisements but no sales please. Food trucks are the only approved sales at the event.

  • What size is my booth space?: Your registration includes a 12x12 space for your organization to pass out candy from. If you need a larger space than a 12x12, then please purchase a second space by registering twice.
