For the Fall 2023 season, teams will play a 10-game regular season with double headers each game day. All teams will participate in a season-ending playoff tournament at the end of the regular season (pending any weather delays).

Games are played at Mike Rylko Park, located next to the Buffalo Grove Spray'n'Play at 951 McHenry Road.
