Flag Football - Assistant Coach Request
Please fill out the following information about any assistant coach that you would like to request for the upcoming season. You are allowed to request 1 coach. If you do not have any requests for an assistant, and would like one assigned to you, please select that option.
All assistant coaches must notify TJ that they are aware that they have been chosen and agree to be the assistant coach for the team. Assistants can email TJ at twilkes@bgparks.org stating that they agree to assist said team.
