This class includes weight training and abdominal work. Participants should bring a set of medium/heavy weights (1-10lbs) if possible, water bottle, hand towel, and a yoga mat. After a quick warm up, strength work will include alternating between upper body and lower body weightlifting exercises set to music. Then we will bring out our mats to complete our session on the floor with some abdominal work and stretching. All ages (18+) and abilities welcome!
This class takes place every THURSDAY from 6:00-7:00pm at the Multipurpose Center (the library building) located at 202 Washington Ave. S. in Orting. The cost is $34 per 4-week session. $9 per drop-in.
