Event Vendor - 4th of July Festival - Summer 2025

This enrollment is only for individuals and businesses that would like to be added as vendors for the City of Orting's 4th of July Festival.  This enrollment is NOT for Food vendors.  Please contact malfiere@cityoforting.org or call (253) 262-7842 with questions. 

Event Details:

• July 4th, 2025, 12:00pm-5:00pm
• Orting Main City Park, 101 Train St. SW, Orting 98360
• Set-up begins at 10:00am on July 4th. Vendor placement will be at the discretion of the city.
• Orting business license NOT required.
• $20 Vendor Fee.
• Event takes place outdoors, rain or shine.
• Approved vendors will have (1) one 10-foot by 10-foot space reserved for their use for this event.  
• Please register multiple times if you would like more space.
• THE CITY DOES NOT LIMIT THE AMOUNT OR TYPE OF VENDORS FOR THIS EVENT.  If your organization does not allow duplicate representatives at events, please contact the city BEFORE you register.
• This enrollment is NOT for food vendors.  Food vendors please email malfiere@cityoforting.org for information.
