Cleveland Youth Baseball and Softball Association are 100% volunteer based. None of the board members, coaches, etc. receive payment for their volunteer efforts. With that said, we are always looking for additional volunteers to coach, work as a board member, or just help with the various tasks that are necessary to manage a youth sports organization.
