Team Rules • 12–15 players (16+) • All players must be registered before playing

Manager Must Upload for Each Player: • Name, age, phone • Signed waiver/code of conduct (can be filled out on cell phone and uploaded as picture) • Clear headshot (required for 2026 Player ID)
Uploads are reviewed. Payment requested after approval. Registration is NOT complete until payment is received.
Fee: $525
Season: • Up to 8 games • Thursdays • June 15th – September 18th • Hogan-Ennis Fields
