2026 Summer Soccer - Summer 2026

Format: Participants will be organized into teams and games will be scheduled on weekday evenings.  Age 4, Kindergarten and 1st Grade levels will have practice time & a game built in to their 1-hour time slot. 2nd Grade and older will play their game for the entire hour.  Practices for these levels will be scheduled at the coach's discretion and could be held prior to a game or on a separate day/time than the scheduled game.  Age 4 participants must turn 4 years old by July 6, 2026 and not attending Kindergarten in the fall.  

Location: D.C. Everest Middle School Soccer Complex

Dates: July 6th - August 13 (Mon-Thurs Evenings). 6 Week Season

Deadline: Friday, April 17th or until a level is full.  Some Levels may fill prior to the deadline.  All registrations received after the deadline will be charged a $10 late fee. 

Grade Offerings: (co-ed) REGISTER FOR THE GRADE YOUR CHILD WILL ATTEND IN THE FALL OF 2026.

Coaching Volunteers:  This program relies on 100% parent volunteer coaches. No soccer experience is necessary.  All head coaches will receive a $20 credit to their Team Sideline account as a thank you for their time.  Please consider volunteering to coach your child's team.

Girls Volleyball Skills & Drills - Spring 2026

Instruction will be provided by the D.C Everest coaching staff and players. The clinic is open to 3-6th grade girls of any ability who wish to learn more about this exciting sport. Instruction will include basic skills, strategy and team play.  Skills that will be taught include serving, passing, setting, blocking and defensive strategies.  Participants will also be able to develop their skills in fun game-like situations. 

Location: D.C. Everest Junior High

Dates: Sundays: April 12, 19, 26 & May 3, 17

Times:

• 3-4th Grade 1:00-2:15 pm 
• 5-6th Grade 2:30-4:00 pm

Deadline: Friday, March 20, 2026 or until a level reaches capacity. 

Adult Pickleball Ladder League - Spring 2026

GENERAL INFORMATION
Our spring ladder league is a fun way to meet new people and play competitively, regardless of your skill level. Your scores each week will determine if you move up or down the ladder. A schedule will be posted when you arrive each week. Before registering, please plan on committing to play the entire 5-week session as the ladder only works when everyone is present.

FORMAT
Participants will play two sets of 3 games each night (6 total games). Scores after the first set of 3 games will determine movement either up or down the ladder. Then we will play 3 more games and the scores from those games will establish new ladder positions for play the following week. All games are played as doubles, but your scores will count individually for the ladder. Participants will play with a different partner each game.

Where: Greenheck Turner Community Center, Gym Court 1
Fee: $25/person

The deadline to register is April 11th or until we reach capacity.

Girls Rising Stars Running Camp - Summer 2026

The DCE Rising Stars Girl's Running Camp is designed to increase confidence and empower young girls to build connections through running and movement patterns, endurance, strength & mobility activities, and health knowledge & skills.  Campers will participate in age & ability appropriate running activities & games, as well as interactive lessons valuing relationships and teamwork.  This program will be guided by current coaches and high school competitive runners.

Join us for fitness, fun & friendship!

We will be serving snacks during this program and participants will be going off site during their runs, accompanied by the coaches. 

Dates: June 22 - 25

Time: 6 - 8 PM

Cost: $45

Grades: Girls in 4th - 8th. Please sign up for the grade your daughter will be in Fall of 2026.

Location: Meet at the Greenheck Turner Community Center Turf - Field 2

Registration deadline is Friday, May 29th.

Tyke Time - March - Winter 2026

Roll, bounce, jump and giggle your way around the turf during our Tyke Time program.  Each week your tot will find different and fun ways to express themselves through play.  Tyke Time is open to children 18 months through 5 years of age and a parent/guardian is required to attend with their child.

Pre-registration is recommended but not required.  All Tyke Time sessions will take place at the Greenheck Turner Community Center.

Senior Golf - Winter 2026

GENERAL INFORMATION
Our winter golf league is a fun way to meet new people and work on your golf skills. Each week you will play a different course in the golf simulators. This League is for 55+ adults.

FORMAT
Each individual will play 1 round (9 holes) for 2 hours. There will be 4 individuals per simulator, and you will rotate between each turn. You will report you score at the end of each day. Scores will be tallied up at the end of each session.

When: 
Session 1- Thursdays, January 15, 22, 29, February 5, 12
8-10 am
Session 2- Thursdays, February 19, 26 & March 5, 12, 19
8-10 am
Session 3- Thursdays, March 26, & April 2, 9, 16, 23

Walk-A-Marathon - Winter 2026

Don't let the cold weather slow you down!  Our Walk-a-Martathon is designed to keep you moving, motivated and healthy this winter.  Whether you're an experienced walker or just starting out, this program is perfect to boost your fitness and enjoy a sense of community. 

Format: You have 12 weeks to complete 26. 2 miles on the Greenheck Turner Community Center's new walking track. Registered participants laps will be tracked during the duration of the program. 

You will receive a T-Shirt upon Completion. 

This is a great option if you do not want to commit to a membership or pay each time you come to walk.  

Location: Greenheck Turner Community Center ~ Walking Track

Dates: Wednesdays, January 7th - March 25th

Time: 6 - 8pm ~ come walk anytime within the 2 hours

Who: Adults of any age or skill level

Cost: $45

Preschool 2025-26 - Wednesday Only Class, Age 3-4 - Fall 2025

We are very excited to offer our preschool program for the upcoming school year! The primary purpose of our program is to provide each child with an opportunity to be exposed to a variety of basic preschool skills including coloring, use of scissors & glue, listening & following directions along with social interactions with other children. Show ‘n tell, story time and snack are also important parts of our daily activities. Children will also be introduced to a variety of literature to enhance reading & readiness skills.

Classes are taught by Cynthia Schaefer and held at Redeemer Lutheran Church at 6404 Old Costa Lane in Weston from 9-11:30am on Wednesdays.  See FAQ's and offerings for specific dates.  Children must be 3 years of age to attend the Wednesday preschool classes. Children must be potty trained and out of diapers.

Online registration will open on Tuesday, July 1st.  Registration will remain open until the posted closing date or until a session reaches capacity.

If we do not have sufficient enrollment to hold one or both classes, we will contact each family currently registered. Often times we can combine classes or make other arrangements rather than cancelling. Please register for the class you would like your child to attend and we will reach out if any changes need to be made.

If D.C. Everest Schools are cancelled due to weather or if the church needs the use of the hall, preschool will not meet. Classes are not made up, nor are refunds given.
