How to enroll yourself as a Coach:

2026 Summer Soccer - Summer 2026

Format: Participants will be organized into teams and games will be scheduled on weekday evenings.  Age 4, Kindergarten and 1st Grade levels will have practice time & a game built in to their 1-hour time slot. 2nd Grade and older will play their game for the entire hour.  Practices for these levels will be scheduled at the coach's discretion and could be held prior to a game or on a separate day/time than the scheduled game.  Age 4 participants must turn 4 years old by July 6, 2026 and not attending Kindergarten in the fall.  

Location: D.C. Everest Middle School Soccer Complex

Dates: July 6th - August 13 (Mon-Thurs Evenings). 6 Week Season

Deadline: Friday, April 17th or until a level is full.  Some Levels may fill prior to the deadline.  All registrations received after the deadline will be charged a $10 late fee.

Cooking with Sparklez - Sweet Summer Series - Summer 2026

Everest families may already know "Sweet Eats with Sparklez" and now Sparklez has brought her cookbook of kid friendly foods to GTCC!  The Sweet Summer Series is open to children 3 - 14 years old.  Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.  All ingredients, equipment and utensils are provided.

Class fee is $30 per child.  All classes take place at the Greenheck Turner Community Center.

The Skill Factory - Basketball - Spring 2026

Program Information: Join Coach Oliver Drake this spring for a high- energy basketball skills program designed to help young athletes build confidence and improve their game. His sessions emphasize mastering the fundamentals through repetition, attention to detail, and a fun competitive environment.  

His philosophy is simple: "You Can't Get Bored with the Basics". 

Whether you're just starting out or ready to take your game to the next level- this is where players get better!

Girls Rising Stars Running Camp - Summer 2026

The DCE Rising Stars Girl's Running Camp is designed to increase confidence and empower young girls to build connections through running and movement patterns, endurance, strength & mobility activities, and health knowledge & skills.  Campers will participate in age & ability appropriate running activities & games, as well as interactive lessons valuing relationships and teamwork.  This program will be guided by current coaches and high school competitive runners.

Join us for fitness, fun & friendship!

We will be serving snacks during this program and participants will be going off site during their runs, accompanied by the coaches.

2026 Flag Football - Fall 2026

Format: Our flag football program is back for another action-packed season! You must register your child for the grade they will attend in Fall of 2026 (not current grade).  Games will take place on Saturday mornings with weekday evening practices. Please reference our Friend Request & Team Formation Policy if you wish to make a friend request this season.  All requests must be mutual.

2026 Fall Outdoor Youth Soccer - Fall 2026

Format: Come play soccer with us this Fall! Fall soccer will be structured the same as our indoor program except we will be OUTSIDE!  Fall soccer is open to boys & girls Age 4- 5th Grade in Fall 2026 (not current grade).  Participants will be divided into teams and will meet for one hour each Sunday for skills practice followed by a soccer game.  The exact schedule will depend on registration numbers, but we are tentatively planning between Noon-5 pm. This is a recreational soccer program, no soccer experience is necessary.  All participants are required to wear shin guards.  Program communications will be sent via Team Sideline email.  Please reference our Friend Request & Team Formation Policy if you wish to make a friend request this season.  All requests must be mutual.

Attention 2nd-3rd Graders:

We are excited to offer a 2nd- 3rd Grade 3v3 Basketball session. Designed to assist with the jump from skills to game style format.  The games will start immediately following the skills & drills clinic. You must be signed up for the skills portion to participate in the 3v3 program. The add on will appear as a selection in your registration. 

Cost: $15 -includes a reversible jersey!

4th - 6th Grade Boys Basketball 3v3 - Fall 2026

Program Information: NEW! Our 4th-6th Grade Fall Basketball program is evolving into an exciting new 3v3 format designed to better support player development and increase engagement on the court.  This new structure introduces two divisions to meet players where they are. 

The 3v3 game format creates more opportunities for each athlete to actively participate.  Offering increased playing time, more ball touches, and greater involvement in every play.  With fewer players on the court participants will develop key skills such as ball handling, decision making, spacing and team work at a faster pace. 

By organizing players into appropriate skill divisions, we aim to provide a positive and challenging environment for all levels.  Whether they are just learning the game or looking to compete at a higher level.  We're excited to offer a more dynamic and development focused basketball experience that helps every player.

• There will be no practices, only meet on Saturday's for the 3v3 games.
• No formed teams, players will be divided each week

Dates: Saturday's, October - 17, 24, 31 & November- 7, 14

Divisions:

• Playmakers (Beginner) 4th-6th Grade: 10 - 10:45am - This division is ideal fro players who are newer to basketball or still developing their fundamental skills.  This level will focus on learning the game, building confidence, and improving core skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and basic game concepts in a supportive, lower pressure environment. 
• Ballers (Advanced) 4th-6th Grade: 11 - 11:45am - This division is designed for players with more experience who are ready for a faster paced and more competitive setting.  Participants should have a solid understanding of the game, be comfortable with fundamental skills, and be prepared for more advanced gameplay, strategy, and decision making.

3-6th Grade Wiffleball - Fall 2026

Format: Our wiffleball program is open to girls & boys attending 3rd - 6th grade in the fall of 2026.  Wiffleball is a variation of baseball, played with a plastic bat and perforated, plastic ball.  Join us Monday nights on the turf for a friendly variation of this backyard classic!  Players will be placed on teams randomly, no requests will be accepted for placement.  All grades will play together. We will supply balls and bats, no other equipment is necessary.  Cleats are recommended but not required.

Tyke Time - May - Spring 2026

Roll, bounce, jump and giggle your way around the turf during our Tyke Time program.  Each week your tot will find different and fun ways to express themselves through play.  Tyke Time is open to children 18 months through 5 years of age and a parent/guardian is required to attend with their child.

Pre-registration is recommended but not required.  All Tyke Time sessions will take place at the Greenheck Turner Community Center.

Description:
We are very excited to offer our preschool program for the upcoming school year! The primary purpose of our program is to provide each child with an opportunity to be exposed to a variety of basic preschool skills including coloring, use of scissors & glue, listening & following directions along with social interactions with other children. Show ‘n tell, story time and snack are also important parts of our daily activities. Children will also be introduced to a variety of literature to enhance reading & readiness skills.

Classes are taught by Cynthia Schaefer and held at Redeemer Lutheran Church at 6404 Old Costa Lane in Weston from 9-11:30am on Wednesdays.  See FAQ's and offerings for specific dates.  Children must be 3 years of age to attend the Wednesday preschool classes. Children must be potty trained and out of diapers.

Online registration will open on Tuesday, July 1st.  Registration will remain open until the posted closing date or until a session reaches capacity.

Girls Volleyball Skills & Drills - Spring 2026

Instruction will be provided by the D.C Everest coaching staff and players. The clinic is open to 3-6th grade girls of any ability who wish to learn more about this exciting sport. Instruction will include basic skills, strategy and team play.  Skills that will be taught include serving, passing, setting, blocking and defensive strategies.  Participants will also be able to develop their skills in fun game-like situations.

Dates: Sundays: April 12, 19, 26 & May 3, 17

Times:

• 3-4th Grade 1:00-2:15 pm

Adult Pickleball Ladder League - Spring 2026

GENERAL INFORMATION
Our spring ladder league is a fun way to meet new people and play competitively, regardless of your skill level. Your scores each week will determine if you move up or down the ladder. A schedule will be posted when you arrive each week. Before registering, please plan on committing to play the entire 5-week session as the ladder only works when everyone is present.

FORMAT
Participants will play two sets of 3 games each night (6 total games). Scores after the first set of 3 games will determine movement either up or down the ladder. Then we will play 3 more games and the scores from those games will establish new ladder positions for play the following week. All games are played as doubles, but your scores will count individually for the ladder. Participants will play with a different partner each game.
