Sprinting and acceleration techniques are fundamental skills for success in all sports. Athletes that move well and have speed tend to have greater success in their sports. Participants in the DCE Youth Speed Camp will learn skills and techniques that will improve their running form and speed.

Camp Goals are to:
1. Increase your speed, agility and quickness.
2. Improve flexibility and range of motion.
3. Increase power and explosiveness.
4. Learn skills and drills you can use on your own to continue improving your speed and quickness.
5. Have fun!
This co-ed speed camp will be divided into two sessions, based on grade.

4-5th Grade Speed Camp - 5:30 - 6:15 pm
6-8th Grade Speed Camp - 6:15 - 7:00pm
