6 - 8th Grade Speed & Performance - Fall 2024
This program will offer a wide range of movement patterns for all ages that will include flexibility/mobility, power/strength, speed/efficiency within selected patterns. We will use the planes of motion and will develop an understanding of how the hips and ankles work to make faster, more explosive athletes. Participants will be engaged while following along with a specific method of training to encourage growth and development in speed and agility. They will develop body control and movement patterns to help them grow through their high school years. The goal is to develop better movers.

- What should my child wear?:
Comfortable clothing to move around in such as shorts, t-shirt. In addition to tennis shoes, plastic/rubber molded cleats are recommended but not required. Be sure to bring a water bottle.
