 Note: This is not a LLL rule and is a rule update provided by Little League International.  

 Direction and ruling has been provided by District 11 with regards to the use of "C-Flaps."  "C-Flaps" are legal providing the following criteria are met: The NOCSAE certification will be voided if any helmet fails to meet any one of the above items in regards to the attachment of devices (e.g. "C-Flaps"), which in turn will make the helmet illegal for play.
