PLAYER ID CARD INFORMATION

All new players must first register and get a player card before they are eligible to join a team. Player cards can be purchased by following the steps below:

• New Player ID Card: Click here to pay for a new Player ID Card. Email sports@newportbeachca.gov with a clear picture of yourself for the card.
• Replacement Player ID Card: Email recreation@newportbeachca.gov if you need a replacement card and we will follow up.
• Player cards can be picked up at Bay E of City Hall (100 Civic Center Dr. 92660), Monday- Thursday, 7:30am-5:30pm & Fridays 7:30am- 4:30pm.
• Once games begin please allow at least one business day for player cards to be completed. 
• New player card fees: $20 resident/$25 non-resident
• Secondary card or replacement card: $10 resident/$15 non-resident
