Winter 2026 Sports Pictures:

Specific picture times for Winter 2026 Sports (Youth - Basketball, Kinder, Hockey, Lacrosse) are requested directly by coaches. Please verify if your team is taking pictures and check your picture session day and time with your team coach.

Friday, January 30th - Parker Fieldhouse Activity Rooms 1 & 2 

Saturday, January 31st - Parker Fieldhouse Daycamp/Preschool Room

  • You will receive a unique link to your child's gallery via email or text 2-3 weeks after picture day.
  • You can also request your gallery link using Imagetek's Request Gallery contact form.

Picture Day Logistics (Date, Time, Meeting Location, Jersey Color, Etc.):

  1. Establish a meeting place with your team and meet at Parker Fieldhouse 10 minutes before your scheduled time. 
  2. Photographers will photograph all athletes individually and combine those to make a team photo. 
  3. All athletes photographed will have their completed orders mailed to their home address approximately 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS after you submit your order.  Digital files will be emailed immediately after ordering. 
  4. If your team wears reversible jerseys, be sure to instruct them on what color to wear to pictures.
  5. Be sure to tell the photographers your sport and coaches name.
  6. As coaches, you will be able to download a free digital file of your team.  
  7. Vouchers are available so please let us know if you have a team member who could use $20 toward their picture packet purchase. 
  8. Those that are not having a scheduled picture session can still get an individual photos taken - Please show up at to the Parker Fieldhouse between the hours of 4:00PM-8:00PM on Friday November 7th and 8:00 AM-4:00 PM on Saturday November 8th.
