Any registration submitted after the posted registration deadline will be subject to a non-refundable late fee in the amount of $20.00 per participant. This fee will apply to any and all forms turned accepted after the stated deadline date. The fee is listed on the registration form under the cost of the program. Any registration form submitted after the stated deadline will not be processed unless the late fee is included. Late fees are only refundable if team is cancelled due to low enrollment.
School Sports Leagues: A check/credit card refund will be issued if participant withdraws at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of league games, less a $5 processing fee. (There is no processing fee if team is cancelled.) No refund will be given if participants withdraws within two (2) weeks prior to the start of league games/races/meets.
Contract Camp/Class: If a class is cancelled by the department, a full refund will be issued. Class cancellations made one (1) week prior to the class start date will receive a refund less a $5 cancellation fee. Participants who wish to withdraw from a class less than one (1) week prior to the start date will receive a department credit which may be applied to any future recreation department activity, less the $5 cancellation fee. In general, no refunds or credits will be issued after the class begins.
