Please review the following procedures dictating how we will utilize TeamSideline for the Ladder Leagues:

Please visit www.teamsideline.com/thewoodlandstownship to access the Ladder League website(s). It is recommended that all participants bookmark this page for quick reference.
Select the appropriate Ladder League tab on the top (grey) navigation panel. Court Assignments can be found in the middle of the Ladder Page(s) under ‘Court Assignments’.
League Rules, League Roster, and sub lists (to be updated on Monday) can be found above or by emailing tennis@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov
Court Assignments will be posted the Friday before league play unless otherwise noted.
Scores shall be submitted to tennis@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov upon completion of League Play.

Men’s – Scores must be submitted prior to Noon on Wednesday.
Women’s – Scores must be submitted prior to 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

Scores will be posted to the website for participant review Thursday afternoon.

Any errors must be conveyed to tennis@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov prior to the designated deadline.
After the designated deadline all scores will stand as recorded.

Court assignments will be developed based on recorded scores after noon on Thursday and posted on Friday unless otherwise noted by League Coordinator.

Any errors in court assignments must be conveyed to tennis@thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov prior to the commencement of league play.
