Sound Therapy Class - Winter I 2025

Sound Therapy Class is back!

Humans, like all things in our universe, are constantly in motion, vibrating at various frequencies. Our emotional and physical well-being is connected to the particles of our body vibrating harmoniously. Sound healing, also known as sound therapy, can be described as introducing the right sound at the right vibrational frequency to optimize our well-being. Join us for an hour and a half long meditation, beginning with breathing and humming exercises, then moving to the use of 7 crystal bowls, as we explore the power of intention combined with sound. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and a pillow. No previous experience is needed.

Welcome to our newest Sienna resident wellness program, the Sienna Striders walking group. Open to ALL Sienna resident (18+)  interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle. What better way to start your week than on your feet making strides to help your heart and improving your general health to live longer?! Walk at your own pace & join us twice a week as we take the first steps to a healthier lifestyle. Route is approximately 1.8 miles in total. Registration is required for all NEW walkers. Reoccurring registration is NOT required.

Winter Adult COED Kickball - Winter 2025

The Sienna Adult Kickball League is BACK!

Sienna’s Adult Kickball League is a co-ed league who welcomes Sienna RESIDENTS (age 21+) of all skill levels interested in playing some friendly (don’t get us wrong…we love some competition too!) kickball fun! Remember your elementary school days when you lived for recess? Well now, you can experience this classic playground game again at Camp Sienna on Sunday evenings!

The season will include a 6-week regular season and will conclude with a season-ending tournament. Each team will play one game per week.

Start assembling your team! Teams must include a Team Captain and a roster of no more than twenty (20) players. A team can consist of a minimum of ten (10) players, with a minimum of 5 women. Free agents (players without a team) are welcome to contact Nico Gallardo at NicoG@clubsienna.com and every effort possible to find a team for free agents or create a team composed of free agents will be made, but is not able to be guaranteed  If we have enough free agents, we will create a free agent team.

Winter Youth Basketball - Winter 2025

Sienna's Winter Basketball League is BACK! Sienna's Winter Basketball League is by Yellowstone Landscape.

DIVISIONS HAVE CHANGED THIS SEASON! The league is split into 7 different divisions. Please see below to determine which division you need to register for.

Boys Divisions:K-1st, 2nd-3rd, 4th-5th, 6th-8th COED (COED with 7th & 8th Grade Girls)

Girls Divisions: K-2nd, 3rd-4th, 5th-6th, 7th & 8th COED (COED with 6th-8th Grade Boys)

Each team will play a 6 game regular season and will conclude with an end of season tournament that ALL teams participate in! (7 week league total)

We will introduce students to animal tracking and the concept of using tracks to access an animal’s presence and activities. Our Parent & Me Spanish Class is specially designed for Moms and/or Dads and their young children (ages 24 months - 4 years) to enjoy quality time together while learning a new language and culture. Our classes are filled with activities that captivate children's attention and make learning enjoyable. The teacher uses games, songs, crafts, and fun Total Physical Response (TPR) techniques to teach and reinforce the language. These methods ensure that children are actively involved and excited to learn. To help parents reinforce their children's learning, we provide digital access to a variety of resources, including videos, voice files, flashcards, and pronunciation guides. This allows you to practice and review what your child has learned in class.

Many residents have asked for a fitness program for the 50 plus demographic. Well you asked and we have delivered. This program will help improve mobility, build strength and will also improve cardiovascular health. This program will be tailored to each individuals fitness level. This program will be offered every Wednesday at 9:30 am to 10:15 am. So Lets Live Longer and Live Stronger!!! Because age is just a number.
