Sienna Active Adults (50+) are invited to attend our second annual Active Adult Summer Camp! Why should kids have all the summer camp adventures? These five days of fun are just right for adults who want to learn new skills or just have fun with other fun-loving grownups. Sienna’s Active Adults will have FIVE DAYS of learning and fun including a low impact, modified stretch & tone fitness class, an iPhone class, a movie day, a gardening workshop, and we will end the week with a special water aerobics class at Sawmill Pool. Join our Easy Movement Stretch & Tone Fitness Class, where we focus on gentle, low-impact exercises that target the muscles you need to ease back, knee, and shoulder pain. Whether you're sitting in a chair or standing, each move is designed to improve flexibility, strengthen key muscles, and leave you feeling more mobile and relaxed. Perfect for all fitness levels, our class will help you stretch, tone, and say goodbye to those pesky aches and pains – all while having fun in a supportive, energizing environment!  

 Classes are held on Mondays at 10:30AM at the Sawmill Fitness Center beginning 2/3/2025 .

Sienna Sound Bath/Sound Therapy
Immerse yourself in a meditative journey using sound and vibration. This unique class offers a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, providing a meditative and relaxing escape using the healing power of sound, meditation practices and intention.
What to Expect: During this 90-minute session, participants will be guided through a series of meditation techniques, including breath awareness, body scan and guided imagery, followed by harmonious tones of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes. The sound waves produced by these instruments are designed to balance the body's energy centers (chakras), promote deep relaxation, and facilitate a meditative state. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and a blanket.

Summer league will be COED and separated into FOUR divisions (Kindergarten-1st Grade, 2nd-3rd Grade, 4th-5th Grade, 6th-8th Grade) with each team playing a 6 game regular season concluding with an end-of-season tournament that ALL teams will participate in. All games will be held on week nights.

***During summer league play, teams ARE NOT provided practice time slots. Teams are responsible for identifying their own practice locations. The league does not provide them.***

All participants will receive a uniform jersey and guaranteed playing time as team rosters to ensure your child's experience is a positive one!

All players will play a 6-game regular season (2 prosets a night), with the 7th week being our single elimination tournament in which all teams partake in. Whether you're working on your game or wanting to have some fun playing organized singles tennis matches, this recreation league is for all! You MUST be a Sienna Resident in order to play in this league.

The Sienna Adult Cornhole League is back and is ready for registration!

Join us on Thursday nights for some fun at Sienna's Sawmill Lake Clubhouse! This league is a fun way to make new friends, meet your neighbors and enjoy some friendly competition! Make no mistake, we love to compete---but ALL skill levels are welcome.

The season will consist of 6 weeks of regular season play and conclude with a tournament that every team will qualify for. Each team will play one best of 4 match per night. Assemble your team (roster of three; 2 players, one alternate) today! Don’t have a team? We will try to accommodate as many free agents (individual registrants) as possible! Space is limited!

Youth Fitness Foundations helps teens maintain their physical and mental health with our weekly fitness classes. This program will help improve mobility, build strength and will also improve cardiovascular health. This program will be tailored to each individuals fitness level. Sawmill Group Fitness - Annual 2025

The Sawmill Lake Fitness Center offers a variety of group fitness classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Kickboxing, HIIT, and Bolly X !

Upon registration, you will have unlimited access to ALL of the offered classes. The registration fee for unlimited group fitness classes is $50.00/person per month or a $15 drop-in fee. Choose from any or ALL of the classes listed on the schedule each month.

Low Impact Plus - Annual 2025

Low Impact Plus provides a specialized training program that focuses on enhancing balance, stability, strength, and joint integrity through low-impact exercises. This class is ideal for people with bone or joint problems, or those who are recovering from an injury or surgery. The training uses various equipment such as free weights, benches, bands, and body weight to execute resistance-based, load-bearing exercises. The class also offers modifications tailored to the specific needs of each participant.

Sienna Volleyball Summer Camp - Summer 2025

It’s Volleyball Time! Skills, Drills, and FUN! Sienna Youth Volleyball Summer Camps! Register now!
 
Your camper will have the opportunity to build and/or enhance their volleyball skill set by participating in drills, multi-skill drills, fun games, and competitive game play. The camp also creates an environment that is positive and encouraging to strengthen self-confidence and build lasting relationships with other campers. We will also focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, and love for the game. Campers should arrive in appropriate athletic attire, tennis shoes, and a personal water bottle. Knee pads are optional. Non-Sienna residents are very welcome so bring your friends! Please bring your volley-lites too please if you have one.

Join us for a mini-monstrous journey into the Challenge Island® wild! Our adventurous STEAM Teams® are on a quest to catch, collect and train all of the island's mini monsters.
They'll visit gyms, earn badges, go on treasure hunts, and even engage in a battle or two. With the help of their Islandmon ally STEAMaroo and her adorable joey, STEAMpuff, our STEAM Teams will tackle an island full of engineering challenges as they evolve into true STEAM Champions. Ready? Our Challenge Island Steam teams have been chosen to be slime sous chefs on the SS Slimetopia cruise ship where they will stir up the most delicious looking (not tasting!) slime recipes on the Seven Seas! From Ramen noodle slime on Shake Rattle and Sushi Roll Day to Bana Split slime on Tutti Fruity Day to Flamin’ Hot Cheeto slime on Say Cheese Day, Slimetopia 3 is a deliciously squishy, squashy, ooey, gooey blast!

Unbirthday Cake Slime, Charlie's Everlasting Gobstopper Slime, Percy's Blue Cookie Slime, Narnia's Turkish Delight Slime and STEAMwarts Butter Beer Slime. Every camper receives a copy of Surprise at Blowcart Beach: A Challenge Island STEAM Adventure, which is filled with slimy science and treasures

Wizardry camp 
Calling all wizard-loving kids to a magical week of spellbinding adventure! You’ll design your own wand and wizarding gear and be sorted into your perfect STEAM house. You'll take a full load of STEAMwarts classes from Potions to Spells to Enchanted Candy Making. You'll take part in the Tri-Wizard Challenge and fly your broomstick in the STEAMwarts game arena. Camp will culminate with a charming graduation ceremony. Reserve your wizarding ticket soon because spots are sure to disappear like magic.
