2024-25 CYC Sports Officials Association - Annual 2025

Welcome to the CYC-SOA!

All officials (on the court or field as a referee/umpire) that are paid to officiate CYC in any sport will need to register with the CYC Sports Officials Association (CYC-SOA). 

If you are only a scorekeeper for volleyball or basketball, you no longer need to register.

This is an annual registration, so if you registered last year, you must do it again to officiate this year.

The cost is $7.00 per official for the 24-25 year (July 1- June 30).  This is a non-refundable registration.

Important (new accounts only) – When registering, a household account is created.  Minors (under 18) need a parent to create the account. Example: Ryan Johnson will add his child Kevin Johnson to the account and then register Kevin for the SOA.  If not, it shows Ryan as being registered and not the actual official/scorekeeper.

Play Like a Champion Today 24-25 - Annual 2025

This class is presented by CYC staff, and is a comprehensive look at Coaching with integrity, setting goals for teams and athletes, looking at the Coach as a ministry opportunity, and developing your athletes physically and spiritually. All classes are from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Registration will close at 12:00pm on the day of the class.

Required:  For all adult head & assistant coaches with teams in 5th/6th/7th/8th grade for 2024-25.

Registration Instructions:

Click "Enroll".  Create an account on TeamSideline if you do not already have one for ARCHSTL TeamSideline site.

Enrollee - add your name from a drop down menu

Enrollment type - select general

Program - select Play Like a Champion Today - 24/25

Offering - select the date of the class you would like to attend. 

Click "Add Enrollment" and then begin the checkout process for payment.

INACTIVE ACCOUNT -  Please create a new account as you are most likely trying to login with your credentials from another TeamSideline site. You can use the same email address for your login.

Adults - $30 per ticket Children (age 5-15) - $20 per ticktet

Tables of 10 are available to purchase at $30 per ticket.  If you wish to purchase a table of children and adults, please reach out to Matt Tabash to assist with this purchase.  MattTabash@archstl.org or 314-792-7253.
