We will only accept reschedules at this point for practice times at fields you already have access to.
If you need to cancel a game in June, this game will not be made up or rescheduled.
Please do as much as you can to play the games as scheduled.
A game should be rescheduled when it is known a team cannot field 8 players to start the game. This must be submitted at least 5 Days in advance of the game.
The scheduler will cancel the game, meaning it can be rescheduled, or score it as a forfeit.
When a game is canceled and cannot be re-scheduled, then it will be scored as a forfeit for the requesting team.
Steps:
1. Contact the opposing coach to inform them that you are going to be requesting a reschedule.
2. Submit this form, identify the game using Division Name, Requesting Team, Other Team, Game Date, Game Start Time, and Field Name.
- Make sure you include the email for the requesting and opposing coaches.
3. If you are canceling a game, please provide the reason for the requested cancellation.
5th to 8th grade games will be rescheduled by our office, using available slots, unless you choose to play the game during your practice time.
If you are in a competitive division, do not attempt to reschedule any dates after Sat Jun 15. We might start playoffs on Monday June 17th
No games on Fathers Day Sun June 16th.
