In the Fall, agencies across Colorado participate in CARA Cross Country. This recreational program gives youth the chance to run distance cross country meets against youth from other organizations.

Ages: 14 & Under (Divisions: 8 & Under, 10 & Under, 12 & Under, 14 & Under)
Gender: Coed
Level of Play: Beginner/Recreational

Fall 2025 CARA Cross Country Rules

Current Season - Fall 2026

Length: September - October
Meets: Saturdays or Sundays based on the Host
Playoffs: Non-playoff league
Practice: Practice is determined by each team and/or organization

Team or Agency Registration

Registration for the Fall 2026 will begin on Monday, July 27.  A link for registration will be posted closer to the registration date.
