Rockies Skills Challenge - Summer 2026

The Colorado Rockies Baseball Skills Challenge is a FREE skills competition for boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 13 to compete separately against their peers. The baseball skills challenge program tests the fundamentals of hitting, throwing and base running.  The children will compete in May and June in locals.  

Ages:  6-13 years old
Gender: Coed
Level of Play: Beginner-Advance

Playbook: Rockies Skills Challenge Rule Book 2026

The children will compete in May and June in locals for 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place.  The 1st place winners of locals will than advance to sectionals in July throughout the state to again compete for 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place.  The 1^st place winner of sectionals will compete at the State Competition on August 1st.
