ADULT FLAG FOOTBALL - Spring 2026

Parker Recreation Adult Sports Leagues are designed to be safe and fun for the lifelong athlete, while incorporating recreational rules and philosophies.

  • Men's games are played 5 v 5; Coed games are played 6 v 6

  • All players must be 18 years old at the start of the league

  • League rules can be found at www.ParkerRec.com/AdultFooball 

  • The league aims to guarantee 8-9 games; weather-related cancellations will not be rescheduled

  • How many games are played per season?: Each team is guaranteed a minimum of eight games; Weather-related game cancelations will NOT be made up. The season concludes with a playoff.
  • How old do you have to be to play?: All players must be at least 18 years old as of the first game of the season.
